The world has just stepped out of period 8. The transformation from period 8 to period 9 is one of the most visually massive transformations happening. Period 8, the Gen gua represents the mountain. Most people who have been in their earning phase in Period 8 believed in the concept of working hard for a long period of time to get the so-called ultimate stability in life. What became stable is the collective human reflex that craves nothing else but stability.

However, a period gets changed every 20 years, but a person who got comfortable in a long-term job doesn't consider changing jobs so often. With the change in period, the targets and demands of stakeholders have changed. There are massive changes in trends and figures of industries. All of this has been showing a massive impact on the behaviour of authoritative personalities on their employees. The tagline in this period has been, 'You have to be visible. '
You open up a social media handle, and you can get a glimpse of how people from every nook and corner of this world are struggling hard just to make their faces and/or their activities (let's not be judgmental about the varieties) visible. Needless to mention, the digitized era has already come up with qualifying metrics of visibility in the form of numbers be it 'likes' (sometimes 'dislikes'), be it shares, or be it subscriptions.

For job holders, the advertent rule for a promotion or a pay raise gradually becomes proportional to the visibility of activity of the employee. The more a job holder pushes himself into the socio-financial trap, the more he behaves predictably just to become more visible to the employers. With this, what this person loses is his own work-life balance, his focus for his own health, his time for his own family, and the most important, his time for his own personal development.
In my years of consultation, the commonest excuse job holders gave me was nothing but lack of time. They are so busy working for someone else (with the wish of a pay raise) that they literally forget themselves. One person even came up to me and said that even if he was at home, the boss kept on calling him for some reason or the other. When I suggested him to ignore a few calls (at a time when he is supposed to be present with his family both physically and mentally), he said that he would never dare to do so. He just asked me like a toddler, "Can't he just forget me for a few days?"
Now, my thinking has begun. This person is not like most other clients who just need some Feng Shui remedy for wealth opportunity or cash flow. Because he is ready to put remedies, but unless he takes any action, the remedies are of no use. Whenever I motivate him for any action, the only answer that comes to me is that his boss never keeps him free. Well, I have never heard of any boss who keeps interest in keeping their employees free.
I opened up a qi men chart. It showed the Delusion door. I got my answer.
Let's speak about this door. A qi men chart has 8 palaces, each of them containing one door. The doors of a qi men chart are usually part of the earth realm, governing human actions.
Delusion door or Du Men is one of the doors which is originally situated in the South East palace and is of Wood Element. This door is of medium auspicious quality but not as auspicious as Life, Open, or Rest doors.
Speaking of delusion, this door is usually deployed for purposes like studying, planning, and focusing on matters, but the most appropriate in this situation is hiding.
I got my answer, he could hide himself with the help of this door.

Next, I selected a qi men chart for him, where there was the delusion door with the Chief deity. I suggested him to sit, keeping back to that direction, by checking his mobile compass, connecting with the Chief deity, and asking the deity to keep him hidden from his boss.
Long story short, he gradually got the idea of how to isolate some time for himself so that he could self-cultivate for his personal development.
When he came back to me, his face was quite radiant with content. He said, "You know, it's just a barrier human brains make for themselves which they think they can't overcome. "
I just winked at him but gave him one warning. ?Don't use this method too much, you literally don't want your boss to forget you so much that he just doesn?t remember to sign your paycheck?.
